Last night our friends, George and Arlene, Leo and I went to the Puerto Vallarta Restaurant to celebrate Leo’s birthday. We hung out for 2.5 hours “solving the world’s problems” as we usually say. We love to go to that restaurant because the staff is very friendly and they make us feel like we are visiting someone’s home–of course until the bill comes. Even at that, because we are a “frequent fliers,” there is always something “missing” from the bill.
The food is delicious. They have the regular Mexican fare, in addition to some excellent special dinners that make chicken, fish, or beef something very special. It’s dinner, not the taco stuff.
